About CocoaHeads

CocoaHeads.org is an international group devoted to discussion of Apple's Cocoa and CocoaTouch frameworks for programming on Mac OS X and iOS. During monthly meetings, members present on their projects and offer tutorials on various programming topics.

We are the CocoaHeads Siegen Chapter, hosted by the Lehrstuhl für Compilerbau und Softwareanalyse at the Universität Siegen. We get together for informal short talks and presentations, and to talk about Mac and iOS programming. Mac developers at all levels of experience are welcome, as are iOS developers and the merely Cocoa-curious.

What

Here is what is supposed to happen during the monthly meetings (preliminary agenda):

• Usually there'll be some meet-and-greet to start with.
• Then, after the meet-and-greet, there'll be a presentation on some aspect of iOS or Mac progamming. We are always looking for volunteers!
• Then we have Q&A time, where you can bring your iOS or Mac programming questions to the group.
• Then there is time for some general programming chitchat, and some people might want to go out to grab a beer or a bite to eat afterwards.

We meet at the Campus Hölderlinstraße (H) of the Universität Siegen, main building, 8th floor, room H-A 8107, Hölderlinstraße 3, 57076 Siegen, Germany.

It is possible that the doors are already locked when you arrive. In this case call Benedikt Meurer, so someone can open the door.
